Tragic accident that occurred on August 4 in Moses Lake, Washington. 19-year-old Adrian Escobedo was fatally struck by a hit-and-run driver that was headed south on Road M-SE toward State Route 262. Tragically, Escobedo died due to injuries. The vehicle involved in the crash, investigators say, may have right front end damage.
