19-Year-Old Julio Uribe Killed In Montgomery, TX Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on May 21 in Montgomery, Texas. 19-year-old Julio Uribe lost his life after the vehicle he was a passenger in crashed along U.S. Highway 59. Montgomery County deputies attempted to stop a Hyundai Santa Fe traveling at speeds more than 100 mph when the driver lost control of the vehicle on a sharp curve and the vehicle overturned.18-year-old, Julio Uribe was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, Anthony Figueroa, fled but was later arrested at the residence of the vehicle's registered owner. The incident remains under investigation.
