19-Year-Old Tashaya Tipton Injured In Bethel Township, OH Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Tuesday, March 30 at around 8 AM Bethel Township, Ohio. 19-year-old Tashaya Tipton was seriously injured when the vehicle that she was a passenger in crashed on US 40 while fleeing the police. 19-year-old Jalen Alexander was fleeing Police at over 100 mph when he crashed into a Volkswagen driven by 32-year-old Chelsey Vollmer.  Alexander had multiple warrants out for his arrest. Ms. Vollmer was killed in the wreck, and her infant daughter was injured. Tipton, a passenger in Alexander’s vehicle, was taken to Miami Valley Hospital for treatment of her injuries. The crash remains under investigation we send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
