22-Year-Old Ricardo Acosta Killed in El Paso, TX Accident

A tragic accident occurred in El Paso, Texas, on April 3, resulting in the death of 22-year-old Ricardo Acosta. Authorities said Acosta was a passenger in a Toyota Avalon that was involved in a collision with a Dodge Ram pickup on Gateway North. The two vehicles were speeding north around 2:30 a.m. when they both lost control for undetermined reasons. The Dodge Ram crashed into a curb, rolled over, while the Toyota Avalon struck an electrical pole and a large tree. Sadly, Acosta and a woman in her early 20s, both riding in the Avalon, were killed at the scene. The driver of the Avalon and both occupants of the Dodge Ram were hospitalized with injuries.
