23-Year-Old Deasha Jones Killed In Salisbury, NC Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Tuesday, June 1 at around 4 PM in Salisbury, North Carolina. 23-year-old Deasha Jones was tragically killed when she was struck by a vehicle head on near Camp Road. The victim was traveling in a white Nissan when the driver of a Honda crossed the centerline and struck her vehicle head on. She was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Honda, 45-year-old Jerry Overcash Junior was airlifted to Wake Forest medical center. Police reported that he will be charged if he survives his injuries.
