23-Year-Old Hector Hernandez Injured In Van, TX Accident

4-year-old sadly dies in the accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, February 6th at about 11:10 p.m. in Van, Texas. 23-year-old Hector Brito Hernandez was seriously injured in a tragic one-vehicle accident on Interstate 20 eastbound. Mr. Hernandez was a passenger in a Chevrolet Tahoe driven by 22-year-old Guadalupe Bahena that went off the road. Ms. Bahena overcorrected to the left which resulted in the Tahoe flipping several times. A 4-year-old passenger, whose name hasn't been released, sadly died in the accident.  Mr. Hernandez and Ms. Bahena were flown to a Tyler hospital, both in serious condition. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victims and their family.
