24-Year-Old Alan Valenzuela Injured In Ector, TX Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on February 6th in Ector, Texas. 24-year-old Alan Valenzuela was injured when the vehicle he was a passenger in was involved in a multiple-vehicle crash along Farm-to-Market 2020. Investigators said 44-year-old Aidee Patino was driving east and collided with another vehicle driven by 58-year-old Socorro Mendoza. The impact sent Mendoza's vehicle into the westbound lane where it collided with two other vehicles. Valenzuela, who was the passenger in one of the westbound vehicles, suffered serious injuries and was transported to Medical Center Hospital in Odessa. DPS continues to investigate the accident.
