Tragic accident that occurred on August 26 in Fayetteville, North Carolina. 24-year-old Cyrus Hayes has been charged with felony hit-and-run, possession of an open container, and a red-light violation in connection with an accident. Six people were injured in a hit-and-run accident at the intersection of Stoney Point and Gillis Hill roads. The six victims were taken to Cape Fear Medical Center for treatment of their injuries.
