Tragic accident that occurred on May 5th in Onondaga, New York. 24-year-old Luis Berrios was seriously injured after being struck by white SUV on the 100 block of Meredith Avenue. Berrios was walking when they were struck from behind by a white SUV. The SUV fled the scene. Luis Berrios is in critical condition after being rushed to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse.
