Tragic accident that occurred on Friday, February 4th in Shallowater Texas. 24-year-old Nikkee Danielle Neel and a six-year-old boy were tragically killed when they were hit by a van driven by a 54-year-old man while walking on Highway 84 near County Road 1500. The pair had been involved in a single-vehicle accident and were walking to get assistance. The incident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
