25-Year-Old Lance Carter Injured In Toms River, NJ Accident

Hit and run on Massachusetts Avenue

Tragic accident that occurred on September 27 in Toms River, New Jersey. 25-year-old Lance Carter was seriously injured when he was struck by a hit-and-run motorist on Massachusetts Avenue. Carter was badly hurt and transported to Community Medical Center for treatment. The driver of the Volkswagen fled the scene but a 60-year-old man was identified as a suspect and charged with knowingly leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident resulting in serious bodily injury to another person.
