Reinhart was operating an SUV under the influence when a collision occurred with a motorcyclist. The impact overturned the SUV and the rider became lodged inside the vehicle. The motorcyclist was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. Reinhart was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and booked into the Dallas County Jail.
