27-Year-Old Raquel Mitchell Killed In Syracuse, NY Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, September 18 in Syracuse, New York. 27-year-old Raquel Mitchell was tragically killed in a single vehicle crash at 2329 James St. The driver of the vehicle was identified as 26-year-old Tyron West. One of the victims was pronounced dead at the scene, and the second victim died at Upstate University Hospital, police said. The crash remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
