29-Year-Old Breanna Cathey Injured In Chicago, IL Accident

Multi vehicle crash on Interstate 57

Tragic accident that occurred on Sunday, March 28 at around 2:52 AM in Chicago, Illinois. 29-year-old Breanna Cathey was seriously injured in a 3-vehicle wrong way collision on Interstate 57. A 69-year-old woman driving a Dodge dart was struck by a northbound Chevy Cruz driving on the wrong side of the highway. The driver of the Dart was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. The Chevy, driven by 33-year-old Sharon Love became engulfed in flames and Love was transported to an area hospital for treatment.  Ms. Cathey’s Hyundai Sonata was also involved in the wreck, and she was transported to the hospital for treatment of her injuries.
