Tragic accident that occurred on Sunday, August 29 at around 4:50 AM in Stony Point, New York. 29-year-old Raul Ortunouzha was involved in a crash on the Palisades Interstate Parkway that injured another driver. The victim was traveling in a Mercedes-Benz when they were struck head on by Raul who failed to negotiate a bend in the roadway. The crash remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
