The Ohio State Highway Patrol reported that six vehicles were stopped in traffic when the teenage driver of a pickup truck crashed into the back of a car driven by Kevin Wagoner. Wagoner’s vehicle then crashed into the rear of another car and caught fire before hitting a Freightliner truck and coming to a stop. Sadly, 3-year-old Mya, and Kevin, were pronounced dead at the scene.
