30-Year-Old Brandon Hammonds Injured In Scotland, NC AccidentThree young children also injured in the crashPosted: 4 years agoShare Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Email This StoryTragic accident that occurred on Saturday, February 13 in Scotland, North Carolina. 30-year-old Brandon Hammonds, as well as three children- ages 8, 4, and two- were all injured in a two vehicle collision on US Highway 501. 18-year-olds Serena Locklear and Isaiah Hardin, were traveling in a Ford Focus, when it crossed the centerline and collided head on with Mr. Hammonds' Hyundai. Both teenagers in the Ford sadly died at the scene. Mr. Hammonds and the children suffered injuries and were transported to Scotland Memorial Hospital for treatment. The accident remains under investigation by the Highway Patrol. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victims and their families.
