Tragic accident that occurred on November 18 in Richland, Washington. 30-year-old Florentino Jacinto Santos died in a crash on State Route 240 when a passenger vehicle left the road and rolled over. Santos died from injuries sustained in the crash. The driver, whose name wasn't released, could face charges. Authorities say drugs or alcohol were involved in the crash.
