Tragic accident that occurred on August 13th in Waco, Texas.  31-year-old Cecilia Rodriguez sadly died in a crash at the intersection of South 18th Street and Jack Kultgen Expressway. Rodriguez was a passenger in a Chrysler 300 when it collided with a Porsche SUV. Rodriguez was sadly pronounced deceased at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
