33-Year-Old Angus Fischer Charged In Brooklyn, NY Accident

One victim killed in wreck

Tragic accident that occurred on February 22nd in Brooklyn, New York. 33-year-old Angus Fischer faces several charges in an accident that sadly killed a 29-year-old woman. A 29-year-old woman, whose name hasn't been released, was a passenger in a Nissan Sentra driven by Fischer that crashed into a parked tractor-trailer at Ditmas Avenue and Branton Street. She was rushed to Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center where the woman tragically passed away.  Fischer was charged with manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter and DWI.
