Tragic accident that occurred on May 15th in Charlotte, North Carolina. 35-year-old Eder Alexio Flores-Rodriquez was tragically killed in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on 300 block of Eastway Drive. Sadly, he was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver neither remained at the scene nor called authorities.We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
