A tragic accident that occurred on April 13 in Corona, CA, claiming the life of 35-year-old Stephen Palacios of Rancho Cucamonga. Palacios was driving a semi-truck when a fleeing street racer, pursued by California Highway Patrol officers, crashed into his vehicle near Lincoln Avenue. The force of the collision pushed the semi into a freeway noise barrier, ejecting Palacios, who tragically died at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
