36-Year-Old Terrell Wilson Arrested In Binghamton, NY AccidentDWI wreck on Hawleyton RoadPosted: 3 years agoShare Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Email This StoryTragic accident that occurred on February 18th in Binghamton, New York. 36-year-old Terrell Wilson, was arrested and charged with various offenses including DWI after a crash left a passenger in the vehicle he was driving injured. Wilson was northbound of Hawleyton Road when he traveled off the road and collided with multiple trees. When emergency responders arrived at the scene Wilson attempted to prevent them from extricating his passenger from the vehicle. Once the passenger was extricated she was transported to a local hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the crash. Authorities stated Wilson had a .11% blood alcohol content level and that he was previously convicted of a DWI. He also had a court-ordered ignition interlock restriction, which was not installed in the vehicle he crashed.
