37-Year-Old Martin Garcia Injured In Wells, TX Pedestrian Accident

Garcia struck by Chevy Tahoe after another driver crashed into SUV

Accident remains under investigation


Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, December 21 at around 9 AM in Wells Texas. 37-year-old Martin Garcia was one of two victims that was struck by a vehicle on Highway 69. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, 42-year-old Shane Brawley hit Garcias car after being struck by a vehicle driven by 53-year-old Ronald Charles Brown. Brown had allegedly made an unsafe lane change and struck the back right quarter panel of Brawley’s Tahoe. Martin Garcia was taken to St. Luke’s health Memorial Hospital in serious condition. Sadly the other victim Carmen Garcia was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident is under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
