38-Year-Old Heather Anne Smith Injured In Beaver Bay, MN Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Friday December 31st in Beaver Bay, Minnesota. 38-year-old Heather Anne Smith was injured in a two-vehicle accident on Highway 61. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the collision occurred when a Ford Ranger pickup truck driven by 80-year-old Jan Richard Small lost control and struck Smith’s Chevy pickup truck. The roads were snowy and icy at the time of the accident. Smith was taken to Lakeview Memorial Two Harbors for treatment of her injuries. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
