39-Year-Old Marcus Gerald Killed In Plano, TX Accident

Drunken driver strikes victims vehicle

Tragic accident that occurred on Sunday, January 30th in Plano, Texas. 39-year-old Marcus Gerald was tragically killed when his car was struck by an alleged drunken driver at Jupiter Road and E. Plano Parkway. According to the Plano Police Department, 34-year-old  Angel David Velasco entered the intersection and ran a red light. His Chrysler Town & Country van crashed into a Gerald’s white 2019 Hyundai Electra. He tragically died in the wreck. Velasco faces a charge of intoxication manslaughter.
