Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, October 6 in Vancouver, Washington. 39-year-old Michael Harren was tragically killed after he was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene on southbound Interstate 205 at State Highway 500. The victim was walking in the right lane of the freeway when a motor vehicle struck him and did not render aid. The victim was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. We said our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
