Tragic accident that occurred on September 16 in Fort Worth, Texas. 4-year-old Delilah Silva was in a vehicle struck by a hit-and-run driver on Roosevelt Avenue. After rear ending the vehicle, the driver of the truck fled the scene after the accident. The father of the child suffered a broken rib in the accident and his wife sustained internal and external bruising. Detectives are actively searching for the hit-and-run driver. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
