William was driving a scooter when it was struck from behind by a Nissan Altima driven by a 25-year-old Hot Springs Village woman. Impact caused London to fall to the ground and the Nissan embedded into the back of the scooter. London was transported to CHI St. Vincent hospital in Hot Springs with significant injuries.
