41-Year-Old Amanda Reed Injured In Canton, IL Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, January 3rd in Canton, Illinois. 41-year-old Amanda Reed was seriously injured in a three-vehicle crash along Route 9. According to police, a 2007 Saturn, driven by a 19-year-old Canton woman, was eastbound when it slowed to turn into a private driveway and was rear-ended by a 2005 Dodge passenger car. The Dodge was propelled into the westbound lane, where it was struck by Reed's Chrysler van. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
