42-Year-Old Amy Puckett Injured In Defiance, OH Accident

State Patrol is investigating the accident

 Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, February 11th at about 10:30 p.m. in Defiance, Ohio. 42-year-old Amy Puckett was seriously injured in a head on collision with a pickup. Puckett was traveling on State Route 18 when she was struck by 31-year-old Jorge Caseras when he crossed the centerline. Puckett was flown to Parkview Regional Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. Caseras passed away at Defiance Regional Hospital. The crash remains under investigation by the State Patrol.
