43-Year-Old David Berney Killed In Queens, NY Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on February 10 in Queens, New York. 43-year-old David Berney lost his life in a hit-and-run crash on the Whitestone Expressway near Linden Place when a Mercedes SUV slammed into Berney’s car, ejecting him from the driver’s seat and onto the pavement. The driver of the Mercedes fled the scene on foot, failing to render aid to Berney. Tragically, Berney died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash. The incident remains under investigation.
