Taylor was traveling in a vehicle driven by Rodney Roper, when he disregarded a stop sign when entering the intersection. 65-year-old Douglas Arnold was unable to avoid the vehicle, and a collision occurred. Arnold sadly died from injuries sustained in the crash. Preliminary information indicates that drugs may have been a contributing factor in the crash.
