Tragic accident that occurred on June 5 in Pembroke, New York. 45-year-old Brett Decker was tragically killed in an accident involving a dump truck on the New York State Thruway. Decker, a site inspector for Patriot Engineering & Surveying, was struck by the truck as it backed up in a work zone between Exits 48 and 48A. Decker was pronounced deceased at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
