Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, August 2 at around 1:29 AM in San Angelo, Texas. 45-year-old Raphael Salas was tragically killed in a two vehicle accident on Loop 306. The crash occurred when a Kia Sportage was struck by a Honda accord. The crash remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
