Victims vehicle struck on Military Trail

Tragic accident that occurred on April 23rd in Boca Raton, Florida. 46-year-old Aaron Latham was injured when his vehicle was struck by an alleged impaired driver on Military Trail. 49-year-old Efrain Garcia-Poveda was under the influence of alcohol or drugs while driving when his vehicle crossed the centerline and collided with Lathams vehicle. Latham was transported to an area hospital. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
