47-Year-Old Michael Wells Killed In Forth Worth, TX Accident

100+ cars involved in crash

Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, February 11 at about 6:30 AM in Fort Worth, Texas. 47-year-old Michael Wells was tragically killed in a multi-vehicle pile up on an icy patch of Interstate 35 W. Wells was one of six people who died in the wreck, which involved more than 100 cars, trucks, and tractor trailers. The 133 car pile up occurred on the bridge on 135 W. near 28th St. and left 65 injured.  The accident remains under investigation by the Fort Worth Police Department.
