48-Year-Old Gabriel Lopez Killed In Oak Ridge North, TX Accident

Multiple charges pending against Smith
Tragic accident that occurred on Sunday, December 27 at around 12:38 AM in Oak Ridge North Texas. 48-year-old Gabriel Lopez was tragically killed when his vehicle was struck by a wrong where driver on interstate 45. Lopez was driving a Chrysler Town and Country, when he was hit by 30-year-old Robert Smith driving a Ford Taurus. Smith was traveling south in the northbound lanes when the accident occurred. Lopez was rushed to Memorial Hermann the Woodlands where he sadly later died. A 12-year-old girl in Lopez‘s vehicle was rushed to Memorial Hermann and is in critical condition. Multiple charges are pending against Smith. We send our thoughts and prayers to the families of the victims.
