Tragic accident that occurred on September 16 in St. Petersburg, Florida. 48-year-old Sara Murphy was charged with DUI manslaughter after failing to maintain control, leaving the roadway, and slamming into a tree. A passenger in the vehicle sadly succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash on Interstate 275. Additional details were not immediately known.
