A white Isuzu NPR cabover truck was southbound attempting to turn left onto County Road 27 when the driver failed to yield the right-of-way and was struck by a northbound Harley-Davidson motorcycle. The driver of the bike, Kemp, was ejected and sadly pronounced dead at the scene. Troopers said impairment does not appear to be a factor in the crash.
