Tragic accident that occurred on October 27 in Walnut Hills, Ohio. 52-year-old Marvin Hughes lost his life after he was struck by a hit-and-run driver on Walter Avenue near Altoona Street. The driver fled the scene after the accident. Hughes was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he later died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash.
