53-Year-Old David Cook Injured In Palisades, WA Accident

DUI wreck on Highway 28

Tragic accident that occurred on March 27th in Palisades, Washington. 53-year-old  David Cook was injured when his bicycle was struck by an alleged intoxicated driver along Highway 28. 38-year-old Linnea V. Fahrnkopf was behind the wheel of a 2009 Infiniti G37 headed west when the vehicle left the roadway and struck the two cyclists. Cook was transported to Central Washington Hospital for treatment of injuries. The report said alcohol or drugs were suspected to have played a role in the crash and troopers intend to arrest Fahrnkopf.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
