54-Year-Old Matthew Balga Killed In Westport, CT Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on March 4 in Westport, Connecticut. 54-year-old Matthew Balga lost his life in a vehicle vs. pedestrian accident on Riverside Avenue in the 500 block. Balga was rushed to Norwalk Hospital where he succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash. The motorist involved stopped and is cooperating with investigators. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
