54-Year-Old Robert Montgomery Killed In Livingston, TX Accident

The accident is under investigation

 Tragic accident that occurred on Wednesday, January 13 at around 6:20 PM in Livingston, Texas. 54-year-old Robert Montgomery was tragically killed in a truck versus pedestrian crash while attempting to cross US Highway 59. He was struck by a 2020 freightliner semi tractor trailer and sadly pronounced dead at the scene. The truck Driver was identified as 49-year-old Tyrone Freeman. The accident is under investigation by authorities.
