56-Year-Old Andrew Garrett Killed In Joplin, MO Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on September 26 in Joplin, Missouri. 56-year-old Andrew L. Garrett was killed following a semi vs. pedestrian collision near Interstate 44 and Range Line Road. Someone called police, saying he had almost hit a man in a wheelchair near the intersection of Interstate 44 and Range Line Road. When officers arrived at the scene to check on the man, he was apparently struck by the semi. The victim, identified as Andrew L. Garrett died due to injuries sustained in the crash.
