57-Year-Old Lori Courtney Killed In Abilene, TX Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on May 8th in Abilene, Texas. 57-year-old Lori Dianne Courtney lost her life after the pickup truck she was a passenger in was hit by a tractor-trailer along Interstate 20. A 2014 Freightliner tractor-trailer, driven by Freddie Brown Jr. was traveling west when the semi left the roadway and crossed the center median into oncoming eastbound traffic. The semi struck a 2018 GMC pickup truck that Courtney was a passenger in. Courtney and the driver were both pronounced deceased at the scene by the Justice of the Peace.
