57-Year-Old Robert Favichia Killed In Lindenhurst, NY Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Friday, February 25th in Lindenhurst, New York. 57-year-old Robert Favichia was tragically killed when his pickup truck was struck by a Mack truck that was backing out of an alley in front of 51 Montauk Highway. Favichia was rushed to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip where he was tragically pronounced dead. The Mack truck was inspected at the scene by officers from the Motor Carrier Safety Section and the crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
