58-Year-Old Robert Sams Killed In Parkersburg, WV Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on November 23 in Parkersburg, West Virginia. 58-year-old Robert Matthew Sams was struck and killed by a motor vehicle and died at the scene from injuries. Based on preliminary findings, a vehicle was traveling north towards Vienna when it collided with Sams, who was attempting to cross Murdoch Avenue just south of West Virginia Avenue. Authorities did not release any information about the driver of the cars. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
