58-Year-Old Clifford George Snow Involved In Barstow, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on  May 11 in Barstow, California. 40-year-old man was tragically struck and killed by 58-year-old Clifford George Snow, who was fleeing another accident. Snow struck several vehicles in the 1900 block of Sunrise Road, before fleeing the scene. He lost control and went off the roadway, striking the victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene. Police determined that Snow was under the influence of a controlled substance and has been charged with vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence.
