58-Year-Old Henry Espinoza Injured In Spangle, WA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Friday, September 10 in Spangle, Washington. 58-year-old Henry Espinoza was seriously injured after the semi tractor trailer that he was operating was struck by a Sedan on US Highway 195. 25-year-old Brandon Johnson was driving a vehicle when he crossed the centerline and struck the victim's semi head on. The tractor trailer overturned, trapping Espinoza. He was later transported to Providence Sacred Heart for treatment of serious injuries. The crash remains under investigation by the Washington State Patrol. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
